Conversion LUT's
Conversion LUTs serve many purposes — one of the most essential being the transformation of your flat LOG footage into a standard Rec.709 color space.
While most camera manufacturers include a basic conversion LUT to get you started, these often fall short of delivering the look most filmmakers are after. Many suffer from poor skin tones, washed-out vibrance, and uninspiring contrast.
Over the years, the biggest issue I found was the lack of dynamic range in these manufacturer-provided LUTs. Highlights were blown out, shadows were crushed, and I simply couldn’t use them in professional workflows. That’s why I set out to develop something better — a Pro Conversion LUT that pushes the limits of tonal accuracy, highlight retention, and shadow definition.
The result? A conversion LUT that not only preserves the full dynamic range of your footage but enhances it with cinematic character and natural skin tones — straight out of the box.

This originally only a LUMIX LUT but now has been ported over to other Log formats such as Sony, Blackmagic Design, Canon and more.
Another powerful use for conversion LUTs is cross-camera color science matching — converting the LOG profile of one camera to mimic another. This is incredibly useful for filmmakers working with multiple camera brands who need consistent color across the board.
For example, you can take Panasonic V-LOG footage and convert it to resemble ARRI Log C, allowing your mirrorless camera to mimic the color response of high-end cinema cameras. This opens the door to a more robust and cinematic color grading starting point.

This Bundle also includes a few exclusive products, one of which is NOSTALGIA EXTENDED.
This LUT pack expands greatly on the smaller NOSTALGIA pack designed for LUMIX LAB APP User's, in which previously you could only use selected .CUBE files within the the LUMIX LAB App.
These same LUT's have been expanded on and now are available to be used on other brands such as Sony, Canon,Nikon etc, by creating a generic Cineon LUT allowing use across platforms.
